Role of volunteers
The Project Officer is supported by a voluntary board with 10 directors and 3 further professional advisors. Directors of the board represent several city institutions, the Highland Council and individual directors. The Board and advisors have a broad mix of skills, knowledge, influence and experience closely matched to the purposes of the Trust.
The Board make decisions regarding finances, legal matters, the allocation of grant aid and the work of the project officer.  Board Members

The advisors to the Trust give the board and the Project officer day to day help and advice relating to the project work of the Trust. They are as follows:
